Dr Martie Lancellas, owner and MD of Strong Foundation; Accredited Master Practitioner Coach in Executive, Leadership, Business and Life Coaching; Chairman’s Award winner for excellence in Leadership Development; PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies, wife, mother, grandmother; mentor; and inspiring role-model that is passionately committed to the development and growth of servant-leadership; firstly within the Strong Foundation Team and secondly, business and society as a whole. Prior to establishing Strong Foundation, Martie gained extensive Corporate, Business and Human Resources experience, during her 20 years with large multinational companies in retail, marketing and human recourses portfolios. These companies include South African Breweries, OK Bazaars, Hyperama group and regional offices of the Morkels group. Martie is a three times Chairman's Award winner for her contribution in the development of excellence in Human Resources, Business and Leadership of these businesses and ultimately for her contribution to the Development of People.
In 1991, Martie, as entrepreneur established Strong Foundation. In her tireless efforts in setting up the necessary systems, procedures, infrastructure, network and skills base in the Strong Foundation team, the company has been positioned as one of the preferred suppliers of Executive, Business, Leadership and Life Coaching partnerships. Martie has an incredible passion to see people excel and as a result Strong Foundation has dedicatedly invested approximately 35,000 hours into the lives of people. In her own experience as entrepreneur she also coaches individuals starting their own businesses.
Martie has served the women and leaders of South Africa with her servant heart for over two decades and have trained over 500 counsellors to empower woman especially in the area of emotional restoration and healthier boundaries.
Martie remains dedicated to continually invest into her own training and development so that she might be the best to those who seek out her services and support. With integrity as a core value, Martie does not expect her clients to go where she herself and the Strong Foundation Team have not gone first.
