Norine Victor and her partner Lianne Smuts, consult on each project. They have also been trained in the United Kingdom to further qualify them in different aspects of the development of individuals and teams.

Norine is passionate about bringing people together, and her training in Valuing Diversity is given specifically with this result in mind. Once people understand that Different is Normal, they will be open to the differences in each other.

Knowledge of each other will in turn bring understanding, and by promoting a communication continuum to be developed, teams will start to develop more meaningful relationships. The resulting understanding will in turn progress to a more effective team.

Lianne and Norine act as facilitators for various training programs and are often called upon to present personal development related topics at conferences. They also develop and present tailor made workshops to companies. They have developed their image and personal development programs to include corporate image, company branding and relationship building as the basis for change.
